My whole digestive system changed - I tried everything, herbs, probiotics, vitamins, minerals, essential oils - the only thing that i can do completely avoid all foods and liquids except for low starch vegetables that are not acidic. no sugar - including all fruit and juices, no alcohol, oil products, meat and fish, etc. i did enjoy cocoa powder making my own chocolate drink but that is starting to give me a problem and I notice you have suggested that it should be avoided - can you give some explanation for your advice. As time has gone one it has gone worse, it is like I have at times constant air bubbles coming from their. Will always happen after eating. Can this be yeast infection? I have put coconut oil their, with no positive results. Also feel weak all the time. Can yeast infection affect your magnesium and potassium levels? Since your yeast has been chronic,I would avoid the cocoa products unless of course you want to try raw cocao in powder form that you may be able to add to an energy drink. If you are going to do agave, only organic raw agave would be acceptable in small amounts. As far as nut butters, I would try organic almond butter first and then maybe seed butters like sunflower or sesame. Whenever you try something, always do it in small amounts first. Our bodies will get to the place in healing where they will speak loud and clearly when they are not happy with our choices. It is at this point, we have an opportunity to make a different choice, one that our bodies will love. Yeast likes certain foods and the list I have is pretty complete. Yeast also cannot live in a body that digests properly so get your digestion working. Keep your meals simple; don't combine lots of food. Pay attention; our bodies and our yeast speaks to us often and listen to what they are telling you. Keep a journal of food you eat and how you feel during that day. A journal can give you valuable insights you may not notice otherwise. Make sure you drink pure spring water to help flush the system and use good probiotics to maintain the good stuff.Linda Wojcik, Nutritional Kinesiologist, Spiritual Intuitive, Flower Practitionerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04251077534080796063noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8571566241874938748.post-65368238644424156062013-05-20T13:16:46.210-07:002013-05-20T13:16:46.210-07:00Hi im a candida suffer and some sites say wat we s...Hi im a candida suffer and some sites say wat we should eat and then another could say different confused?????
